John Kittel is a member of Mazur & Kittel, PLLC. Mr. Kittel has practiced personal injury law for nearly twenty years and has prevailed in litigation involving asbestos, automotive products liability, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice and general negligence. He has successfully litigated and negotiated settlements for scores of asbestos claimants. Mr. Kittel has fought for the pursuit of justice for individuals and society at large since the inception of his legal career which began as a Wayne County prosecutor in Detroit, Michigan. He has personally conducted dozens of trials resulting in guilty verdicts for the most serious violent criminals within Detroit’s city limits. Michael Mazur is the senior member of Mazur & Kittel, PLLC. Mr. Mazur has litigated cases involving automotive product liability, nursing home negligence, business torts, medical malpractice and general negligence in Michigan for over thirty years. He has successfully tried dozens of cases to verdict and obtained substantial financial settlements on behalf of his injured clients. Mr. Mazur is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. He is also a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of America, the American Bar Association, Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and Oakland County Bar Association.

Bryan Frink is an associate at Mazur & Kittel in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
